SaaS Subscriptions
- Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account settings. The subscription will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, after which it will not renew.
- Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscriptions can be canceled at any time; however, no prorated refunds are provided, and the subscription will remain active until the end of the billing term.
Custom Development Services
- Project-Based Cancellations: For custom development projects, cancellations may be requested before the project begins or based on milestones if specified in the service agreement.
- Charges for Work Completed: If you cancel a custom development project after work has commenced, you will be responsible for paying for any completed work and any related expenses up to the point of cancellation.
SaaS Product Refunds
- Monthly Subscriptions: No refunds are provided for monthly subscription fees after payment.
- Annual Subscriptions: Refunds for annual subscriptions may be available within 7 days of purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact support within this period.
Custom Development Services Refunds
- Refunds for custom development work are generally not available after work has begun. However, if there are discrepancies between the agreed deliverables and the final output, we will work with you to resolve the issues.
- In cases where a project cannot be completed due to technical or operational challenges, we may offer a partial refund based on the uncompleted work, at our discretion.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
At Atrodious Technology, most of our services and products are digital. However, if there is a requirement for physical materials (e.g., hardware, documents), this policy outlines our shipping and delivery terms.
Digital Product Delivery
- Instant Access: Upon successful purchase, digital products and SaaS services are typically accessible immediately. You will receive a confirmation email with instructions for access.

Physical Product Shipping (if applicable)
For cases where Atrodious Technology provides physical items or documents, we will follow these shipping guidelines:
- Shipping Method and Timeframe: We use standard courier services to deliver any physical materials. Shipping times and costs will be provided at checkout or in your project agreement.
- Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details to monitor the delivery status.
- International Shipping: Additional customs or import fees may apply for international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Issues and Resolutions
- Delayed or Lost Shipments: If your shipment is delayed or lost, please contact us for assistance. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
- Damaged Items: If a physical item arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 5 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or other appropriate solutions.
